In an effort to protect you and our staff from the COVID-19, we have enacted certain safety guidelines and ask your cooperation and strict adherence.

We will only allow fewer persons in the waiting area to make sure there is 6 feet distance between each other. Upon your arrival, we ask you call the clinic and make sure you can come in. Our staff will instruct you accordingly. You can only bring one additional person with you.

While in office, we ask you don’t touch any surface or anything unnecessarily and ask to minimize close proximity to any other person.

If you have any signs and symptoms of COVID-19, we ask you do not come in the office. This is for your and the staff’s safety.
